This is an ABBA pattern called chiasmus. It is very common in the Bible.
A = salvation
B = rewards
hagnizo = to make clean or to sanctify. Becoming ceremonially pure, set apart for a holy use. In context, it means allowing oneself to be fully prepared for the Master’s use.
The Bible tells us that a company of church age believers will one day rule over angels!
