COL 1:3-6 The key expression is “the HOPE laid up for you in heaven”.

COL 1:9-12 the key is “has qualified us to share in the INHERITANCE of the saints in Light”.

COL 1:22 “ to present you before Him HOLY and BLAMELESS and BEYOND REPROACH.”

COL 1:27 the key expression is “CHRIST IN YOU, the hope of GLORY”.

COL 1:28 the key expression is “present every man COMPLETE IN CHRIST”.

COL 2:1-3

The prize is attaining a FULL KNOWLEDGE of God’s MYSTERY: CHRIST.

Do you know ALL the treasures of wisdom and knowledge yet?

PHI 3:7-14

The prize is the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

PHI 3:17-21

There is so much more that still lies ahead in our Christian life on earth.

COL 2:6-7

If Paul is to present us complete in Christ, we need to keep GROWING in Christ.

COL 3:1-4

We keep seeking THE THINGS ABOVE, where CHRIST is.

The prize is a heavenly prize, while the striving occurs on earth.

And our very life now is hidden with Christ in God.

The new man is a new kind of humanity patterned after the humanity of Christ.

COL 3:9-10

Our new man is BEING RENEWED. It is a work in progress.

The future result: a TRUE KNOWLEDGE according to the image of CHRIST.

COL 4:12

That we may stand PERFECT, COMPLETE in all the will of God.

The great hope of being presented complete in Christ by attaining the true knowledge of God’s mystery: Christ.
